If you wish to have your item(s) insured and/or tracked when they are shipped to you, please let us know at the time of purchase and we will invoice you for the additional cost of insurance and tracking. These additional services are not automatically provided by us and if you choose not to insure or track your item, we cannot and will not be held responsible for any item(s) that go missing or are damaged, as we have no control whatsoever over the actions of 3rd parties.
We find we must reserve the right to cancel a sale to anyone who refuses to accept responsibility in advance for any shipment to them that is not tracked, that we feel should be tracked. Economy shipping which we offer free, is not tracked. If your package goes astray (which it very seldom if ever does) then the responsibility for the loss is the yours, not ours. This is clearly stated in each of our listings. Lately, international shipments have been delayed, sometimes for extended periods of time...a recent shipment to Australia took 96 days to deliver. Purchasers complain to eBay and eBay reimburses them. We then lose both the cost of the item and the cost of shipping. The item will invariably be delivered and yet no one as yet has reimbursed us for any such loss. So, if we contact you to request you track your package and you refuse, we reserve the option of cancelling the sale. This will almost never be the case with coin sales unless the value is substantial, not one of which we note has never gone missing, not a single one. Thank you for understanding.
