6.25 inches wide. Marked 800 half moon crown and rubbed makers mark. The nicest, heaviest, most elaborately designed and highest quality German underplate for a Kiddush cup I've seen. With a matching goblet of equal quality, the value of them both would be much higher together than if a cup was alone and this plate was alone.
